I remembered how love can be so fleeting, that it doesn't stay, that it goes away. You would think that it has left you completely, and you wouldn't mind, you're happy. But then love comes back, armed and ready, stronger this time, ready to take down your walls. And you, who thought you've protected yourself well, that your walls are far stronger than Cupid's arrows, that your heart is impenetrable, forgot to notice that tiny gap, a weak spot and one you yourself have left open so long ago, because even when you're hurt you had hope. Hope. You had hoped that one day the same person that left would come back, stronger, and find that weak spot. You would be hard. You would be indifferent. But you knew that if they were to true and to fight for you they would find it and break down the walls. Because that's what love is. You may say you don't know what love is, you may have built the tallest, strongest walls. But there will always be a tiny gap, a weak spot, and the person most worthy enough will find it. You just have to wait a bit longer, but in the end, they'll find a way. Love always finds its way.
