One of the best feelings in the world is knowing that the person you look up to the most, the one you love the most, notices the way you look, how you carry yourself, how different you are from the last time they saw you. You've changed a bit, and you're always hoping for the day they realize it. When that day comes, you're the happiest person out there. You know they loved you well enough to notice.
