Close your eyes. Relax. Feel all worries slowly leaving your body. Imagine the place you're happier the most. Dig your toes in the soft sand, the damp earth, the cool water. Take a deep breath. Feel the wind, the sun, the rain on your face. Laugh. Feel carefree. And when you've made your trip and back, open your eyes. Come back to the present. Smile. You had the most wonderful time, and you didn't even leave anything behind.
