Quiet Moonlight

Love. What makes people fall in love? I have often asked myself during the times I am alone long enough to think. Does love come from a heady cocktail of chemicals that cloud one's judgement when they see someone they truly like? Or does it come by as the fates would have decided? Does Cupid really have arrows that can make people fall in love once they've hit? Or does it come years later, after all the hard work and time you've put on impressing or pleasing your pair? There are different kinds of love, different ways to show it. You can love your family, your friends, your pet, your significant other, your beliefs, your faith. I have always wondered if love truly does make the world go round. I believe it does. You may argue about all the hate in the world, but hate wouldn't be here if we didn't have love, didn't know how to love.

Everyone knows how to love. Some may say they wouldn't know love, but they always have it with them, just waiting for the right moment...the right person.
